Biscoff (Belgium)

Also known as Speculoos or Spekulatius. It's a balance between the sweetness of brown sugar and Christmas spices.

I'll admit the biggest reason I baked this is because I wanted to test out the dog stamps rolling pin I got in Copenhagen. And I really think we should celebrate dogs everyday, year long.
