Vietnamese Coffee Cookie (Vietnam)

2020 Update: This one wasn't last year's favourite, but back by popular demand! It's easy to make and smells so good in the oven, always happy to bake this one :)

Coffee flavoured shortbread cookie, dipped in condensed milk glaze.

This one's not traditional, but it was fun trying to recreate iced coffee as cookies.
