Pastine di Pistacchi (Bronte, Italy)

Pistachio, a hint of honey and citrus zest. A recipe so simple, yet so delightful. Bronte, an area in the base of Mt Etna in Sicily, is famous for their flavourful and vibrant green pistachios, named Italy's best. This is where the recipe is from, and where I might spend early retirement.




A gluten and dairy free cookie that don't crumble easily is definitely a win!



I topped mine with dark chocolate. Next time, I'll take them out of the oven sooner for a little more chewiness.
