Wait.. these are not cookies? Yep, they're Swabian streusel-jam slices. Confession: I whipped this up last minute when I realized my cookie dough consumption resulted in cookies shortage *gasps* *chokes on chocolate chip*
I chose this because I knew I couldn't eat the dough, and I want something jam-y that is not linzer cookie. Baker's gonna bake whatever she wants..
