Christmas 2022 - A Quick Note

 Fourth (!) annual cookie project. This year was a box of chocolate - dark, light, bitter and sweet. Unlike previous years, I didn't plan on choosing regions or countries. But embraced the spontaneity.. (and chocolate) and relied on ingredients the inflation hasn't jacked up.

I spent many months this year wrestling chemicals in my brain, too busy to find enjoyment on things I used to enjoy, baking included. I'm glad a series of events have helped me find my way back. And for another opportunity to immerse myself in the creative process of this project. If a cookie fairy visited you, I hope the cookies brought some holiday joy!
