Brownie Cookie

 This one is for chocolate lovers. The depth and intensity of dark chocolate go really well with strong coffee. I admittedly kept half the batch for myself. If you are the lucky one and get one of these in your box, I highly recommend popping them in the oven for half a minute. The taste of chocolate truly shines when it's a little warm.
